My name is Zoe. I'm 14.

I have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. It's very hard for me and it's ruined part of my family. I've been in and out of hospitals since I was seven. And now I'm finally home.

I want to start this blog because I want to help other people. And I think having a diary would be a good coping skill for me.

I just want to share how things have been for me and where I'd like to go from here.
